Community Care Co-ordinator Susan Millington is based at the practice one day per week on a Monday, assisting patients in need of help, support and advice by signposting them to other useful services. Community Care Co-ordinators work with the NHS, the council and voluntary services and have become local experts on what is happening in our community. Community Nursing Sisters Will provide nursing assistance for those confined to their home. They can be contacted by telephoning 01588 676323, please leave a message on their answer machine. Messages are read at 08:30, 13:00 and 16:30. Messages after 14:00 are dealt with the following day. The District nurses are available at weekends, but there is currently no out-of-hours service between 17:00 - 09:00. Community Midwives Provide ante-natal clinics, ante-natal relaxation, aqua natal, parent craft classes, visiting patients in their homes both before and after delivery of their babies and post natal groups. Counselling Offers an opportunity to talk to someone who will listen to you and help you to explore your difficulties and your feelings in an accepting and supportive way. Reasons for talking to a counsellor may be - Relationship and family difficulties

- Living with abuse or dealing with the effects of past abuse
